Handcrafted, from the heart of the Palouse.

Petite Plates began with a love of bringing people together around beautiful food. Today, we craft charcuterie boards and grazing tables by hand for gatherings across the Palouse and Quad-Cities.

Meet the Owner, Andrea!

I have enjoyed serving people throughout my life. Whether it’s hosting a party, serving in a church picnic, or opening my home for someone needing a good cup of coffee, I enjoy making others feel welcomed.

Charcuterie boards were introduced to me in my twenties. It was something easy to release my creative juices into and be hospitable at the same time! I didn’t think of it becoming a business until…

2024. This special year gave me the ability to go big and start the business! It’s given me the freedom to serve my community in a new way and I am thrilled to do so! I hope each board and grazing table brings comfort and joy to those who enjoy it, and that I can continue to bless those in the Palouse and Quad-Cities area.

How it began

What began as boards for friends and family grew into a love for the art of the spread—the layers, the colors, and the little moments of joy a beautiful display brings to the table.

Starting Petite Plates was a leap of faith. At the time, charcuterie catering was new to the Palouse, and I wasn’t sure how the community would respond. I began in mid-November with boxed charcuterie at the Mrs. Claus Bazaar — and I left the event booked for a New Year’s wedding, holiday orders, and even an official University of Idaho event in January!

It was thrilling to introduce Petite Plates to the community and discover just how much people loved charcuterie. Each spread was thoughtfully created for its event, and I quickly realized how much joy I found in bringing people together through beautiful, delicious food.

Today, every board and grazing table is still made with that same care: featuring seasonal ingredients, arranged by hand, and created to be shared.
