Grazing FAQ
A few things to know as you plan your table.
How much space do we need?
We set up on the table or space you provide — typically an 8-foot table for most events, with additional space for tables serving over 100 guests. Adequate space for the spread will need to be available on-site.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend inquiring 2+ weeks ahead. Larger grazing tables and popular dates fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Yes — gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian, and vegan options can be worked into your table. Just let us know during menu creation.
Do you set it up, or is it drop-off?
Every grazing table includes on-site setup and styling. Elevated and staffed options are available if you’d like risers, platters, and a team member to tend the table.
How is serving size determined?
It depends on whether the table is a meal or lite grazing, and what else is being served. We’ll help you choose the right length for your headcount.
